Gino is the Founder, President and CEO of COBATEK LLC. COBATEK provides consulting services to businesses within the Public Sector Information Technology markets. Gino has over 35 years of experience in business building, organizational development and executive management.

Prior to founding COBATEK, Gino was the Co-Founder, President and COO of Spear Incorporated. Spear Incorporated was an IT firm focused on providing data analytics, cyber security and engineering services to Public Sector companies and clients. Spear Incorporated was acquired by CALIBRE Systems Inc. in 2018.

Prior to co-founding Spear Incorporated, Gino was Executive Vice President of Intelligent Decisions. His responsibilities included oversight of sales, business development, product contract management, operations and partner alliances.

Prior to joining Intelligent Decisions, Gino was the Vice President of Sales, Business Development and Marketing at Telos Corporation. He was responsible for building a sales and business development organization, as well as all growth aspects of the corporation. He also served as the executive sales intermediary for its subsidiaries.

Gino has held other executive and board positions throughout his career. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from University of Maryland.

Gino is committed to giving back to our community. He is passionate about supporting our Veterans as well as families and children needing assistance. Gino is a Member of Easter Seals Board of Directors. Gino also serves as Vice President of Lido Civic Club Charities.
His interests include spending time with his family, golfing, motorcycling, and traveling.
